Located at one of the biggest industrial parks of Shanghai - Baoshan City Industrial Zone, Shanghai Better Electric Motor Co., Ltd. is a private corporation which base on products research and development, manufacture and marketing. The company covers 40,000 square meters with 20,000 square meters of workshop area. There are more than three hundreds employees including around 40 professional technologists. The production capacity is 3 million kilowatt, or 2 million units per year. The annual sales amount is around 500 million.
Better Electric Motor Co., Ltd., as a professional company produce 1~200HP High-efficiency three phase AC NEMA motors, 0.1~5HP single phase & three phase small power motors and other special motors such as fan motors, air compressor motors , reductor motors , pump motors and mine motors. Our products and factory are certified by UL, CSA, and CE. And the efficiency motors is qualified to the CC authentication of U.S. Department of Energy. The products export to most of the developed countries like North American, Euro. We also build a good relationship and cooperation with lots of famous inter-corporations and domestic companies.
Our company has gotten ISO9001 certification in 2001. We pursue Better forever of quality system and do our effect in the production manufacturing. There are 10 automatic production lines, 4 semi-automatic wire winding and embed stream lines, and we have computer test system. With more than 10 high-speed stamping equipment, using the progressive die, applying automatic-buckle technique, and lots of advanced equipment, like numerical control lathe, rotor finish turning lathe and rotor die-cast porosity testing, the quality of motor are ensured.
